Pricing and Billing FAQs

What are the methods of payment?

We use Paypal for processing payments. This includes Credit Card, e-Checks and Paypal money. You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase minutes from us.

On what basis am I charged?

You are charged for buying phone call minutes which have no expiry period. For example, if you recharge your account with $30, you buy yourself 250 minutes of making calls and recording them. There are no monthly recurring charges or setup fees.

I made a PayPal payment. Why doesn’t it show in my account?

Sometimes payments made using PayPal may take upto half an hour to show up. Rest assured, it will.

How are transcriptions charged?

The common currency that is used for both recording calls and transcribing them is, minutes. You can purchase minutes based on the plans shown above.
Transcriptions are charged per minute of call-recording transcribed. For example, if you transcribe a call-recording that is 50 minutes long, 50 minutes will be deducted from your account.

How are minutes charged?

We round off all calls to the next minute. So for example if you make a 8 minutes and 12 seconds call-recording, 9 minutes will be deducted from your account. If you transcribe this call, another 9 minutes will be charged from your account.

Is there any monthly fee too?

There is no monthly fee or setup fee. We have a pay-as-you-go plan; you only pay for the minutes you use.
